
Even first-time users of microscopes can take images simply by following a few easy steps.




FSX100 offers three microscope modes,1)fluorescence, 2)phase contrast, and 3)bright field, and also four acquisition modes to meet a wide rage of applications.

In this window, the operator chooses where on the specimen to begin imaging. When the crosshair is placed over the area of interest, the operator clicks the NEXT button. The area of interest is displayed at low magnification and is the starting point for Step 3.

The area selected in Step2 is displayed and the operator moves a smaller selection window to choose a region for closer examination, By adjusting the size of the selection window, the operator is choosing the magnification at which to capture a high resolution image at Step4.

The framed range appears, allowing the capture of microscope pictures. Observation points and/or fluorescence channels can be changed simply by using the mouse.
The FSX100 displays operation guidance in a separate window to assist the user in each step toward capturing an image. This assistance can be turned off as familiarity with the FSX100 develops.
