Any section you want to observe can be easily selected from the overview image. You can quickly access your desired section for observation.
The specimen holder is identified and the outline of specimen is displayed. The available observation range appears, allowing the selection of the start point for image capture.
The wide field of view for macro images allows for fast detection of the point of interest for image capture.
The range of observation/shooting may be specified within the frame, allowing the operator to zoom in and out. In addition, during the macro search, the image on the screen is paused to interrupt the irradiation of the excitation light, thus eliminating possible color fading.
Up to 30 bookmarks may be registered on a macro image. The registered points can be read out during the image capture.
